The Corporation of the Town of Greater Napanee (hereinafter “the Town”) is an urban/rural municipality with a population of approximately 16,000 located on the north shore of Lake Ontario. With access on Highway 401, the community is:

  • halfway between Toronto and Montreal;
  • a two-hour drive to Ottawa;
  • a half hour drive east of the City of Belleville; and
  • a half hour drive west of the City of Kingston.

This Request for Quotations (RFQ-CC-2024-01) (hereinafter “RFQ”) is a call for the provision of South Fredericksburgh Community Hall Air Conditioning Replacement   

All Proponents shall familiarize themselves with all aspects of the RFQ.
